Dr. Rajani Faces Off for a Good Cause

hockey, portland, oregon, helping, charityThe weekend of August 9, 2014, Dr. Anil Rajani was in full hockey regalia, hitting the ice as part of a unique charity event: Checking for Charity.  This fun, yet fiercely competitive event pits volunteer teams against one another in a series of tournament games, with advancement in the rankings meaning more cash for the charity of their choice.

“I generally feel that giving back is a responsibility, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be enjoyable,” Dr. Rajani says. “Checking for Charity is a perfect way to leverage teamwork and fun to help some great causes.”

The doctor’s team, the Knee Cappers, made it all the way to the tournament finals before being taken out by the last team standing. In the spirit of the event, his Portland, OR-based aesthetic medicine clinic, RajaniMD, donated his line of skincare products, including RajaniMD cleansers, RajaniMD moisturizers, RajaniMD sun protection, and RajaniMD lip products.
