HOW RED LIGHT CAN HELP YOUR EYES // Macular Degeneration, Dry Eyes, Styes, Diabetic Eye and MORE

The question whether red light is good or bad for your eyes is often up for debate. However, there’s considerable data highlighting the advantages of red light in regards to eye health. Its usage is sanctioned in some regions for improving sight and treating eye conditions such as macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and dry eye. In this write-up, I share some insights on this data and my experience with a cosmetic LED mask. Note, LED aesthetic masks aren’t designed to counter medical issues.
