We're at 1130 NW 10th Avenue, Portland, OR 97209, on the corner of NW 10th Avenue and NW Northrup Street in the Pearl District. We moved into this newly renovated space in August 2026. If you visited our old location, please come to this address.

We don't have a private lot, so parking is on the street only. There is metered parking on NW 10th, NW Northrup and the surrounding Pearl District blocks. You can pay at the meter or with Portland's Parking Kitty app. Check the posted time limits and allow a few extra minutes to find a spot.

We're open Tuesday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, by appointment. We're closed Saturday through Monday.

Your first visit is a consultation. We ask what bothers you, review your health history and any past treatments, and examine the area in person. Then we recommend a plan and give you exact pricing before anything is done. You're welcome to go home and think it over.

Consultations are free. You'll meet with a licensed provider, get an honest assessment and leave with a written plan and pricing, with no obligation to book treatment.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Financing is available through Cherry and CareCredit for qualified applicants. Payment is due at the time of service.

Yes. The STYLE Essential Membership is $129 per month and the STYLE Premier Membership is $199 per month. Your full monthly dues are banked to your Style Wallet to spend on any treatment or product, with no expiration. Members also save 10 to 15 percent on services and skincare. There is no minimum commitment.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer the time to another patient. Late cancellations and missed appointments are subject to a $100 fee.

All treatments are performed by licensed medical professionals. Our injectors are national trainers in the Galderma Aesthetic Injector Network (GAIN), which means they teach injection technique to other providers. Our advanced aesthetician is an Oregon Certified Advanced Esthetician and former instructor at the Aesthetics Institute in Portland.
Injectables

Dysport and Botox are FDA-approved neuromodulators. They soften wrinkles caused by movement, such as forehead lines, frown lines and crow's feet, by temporarily relaxing the muscles that create them. Treatment takes about 15 minutes and there's no downtime.

Both are botulinum toxin type A, but they behave a little differently. Dysport often starts working sooner and can spread more evenly across broad areas like the forehead. Botox is often chosen for smaller, precise areas. Units aren't interchangeable between the two, so compare the total treatment cost, not the price per unit.

Results typically last three to four months and sometimes longer, depending on the product, the area treated and how quickly your body metabolizes it. Most patients schedule treatments three to four times a year.

Fillers restore lost volume and refine contours in the lips, cheeks, chin, jawline and under-eyes, and they soften smile lines. We use Restylane and Juvéderm fillers, matched to the area and the result you want.

You'll see results right away, and they settle over the first one to two weeks as swelling fades. Most fillers last 6 to 18 months, depending on the product and the area treated.

Sculptra is an FDA-approved collagen stimulator made of poly-L-lactic acid. Instead of adding instant volume like a filler, it prompts your body to build its own collagen. Results develop gradually over two to six months and can last up to two years. See our Sculptra page for the full timeline and pricing.

PRF (platelet-rich fibrin) and PRP (platelet-rich plasma) both come from a small sample of your own blood. PRF is spun more gently and forms a fibrin matrix that releases growth factors more slowly, which supports longer-lasting skin rejuvenation and hair restoration. We use PRF under the eyes, in the scalp and in EZGel.
Skin, Laser, & Body

Both create tiny controlled channels in the skin to trigger collagen production. RF microneedling also delivers radiofrequency energy beneath the surface, which adds tightening and treats acne scars and texture more deeply. Expect one to three days of redness afterward.

IPL (intense pulsed light) targets sun spots, redness and uneven tone. Treatment takes about 30 minutes with no downtime, and dark spots may darken briefly before they flake away. Most people need a short series of sessions for best results.

Most areas need six to eight sessions. Body areas are spaced four to six weeks apart and the face three to four weeks, because the laser only treats hair in its active growth phase. Your free consultation includes a test patch and exact pricing.

A medical-grade chemical peel removes damaged outer layers of skin to improve texture, tone and clarity. Expect several days of peeling as fresh, brighter skin comes through.

PCDC is an injectable made from phosphatidylcholine and deoxycholate. It breaks down small, stubborn pockets of fat, such as under the chin, along the bra line or on the abdomen. It's for targeted contouring, not weight loss, and most areas need a series of treatments. PCDC is a compounded medication and is not FDA-approved. For the double chin, we also offer Kybella, which is FDA-approved.

CoolSculpting is an FDA-cleared, non-invasive fat reduction treatment. It freezes fat cells in targeted areas, and your body clears them naturally over the following weeks and months.
Wellness

IV therapy delivers vitamins, minerals, amino acids and hydration directly into your bloodstream for fast absorption. Patients use it for energy, recovery, hydration and overall wellness support.

Vitamin B12 helps your body make red blood cells and turn food into energy. A B12 injection can help if your levels are low, which is more common with age, plant-based diets and some medications, such as metformin and acid reducers. The shot takes about a minute, and we'll talk with you about whether it makes sense for you.

Yes. Our medically guided weight loss program uses GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide or tirzepatide, with dosing and follow-up tailored to you under clinical oversight.
