Clinic Access
To ensure patients’ privacy and enable after-hours operation, Style Aesthetics admits patients to the clinic on an appointment-only basis. Your patient coordinator will provide you with a number to call or text when you have arrived. At that time, the door will be unlocked and you will be welcomed to your scheduled appointment.

Treatment Outcomes
Style Aesthetics’ practice reflects the latest in proven minimally-invasive aesthetic treatments, provided by highly trained and qualified care providers. We do our utmost to achieve optimal results for all our patients and to accurately describe what you can expect from your treatment or service. However, the results of any aesthetic treatment will vary from individual to individual. Style Aesthetics makes no guarantees regarding patient satisfaction.

Revisional or Additional Treatment or Treatment of Complications
Aesthetic practice is not an exact science. Although we anticipate good results based on the best medical data and previous patient outcomes, we cannot guarantee or warrant the outcome of any treatment or service. In some cases, additional or follow-up treatments of the same or different types may be necessary to achieve the desired effect. These could result in additional charges, for which you may be responsible.

Cancellations
To maintain our high standards of service for all patients, Style Aesthetics has a 24-hour cancellation policy. This allows us to make the best use of our time and continue to offer maximum availability. We ask all patients to inform us in advance if they will be unable to make a scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of $100.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds for treatments, products, or services. In the unlikely case that you are unhappy with your Style Aesthetics experience, we encourage you to work with our patient coordinator to determine if a follow-up appointment might assuage your concerns.

Parking
Metered parking is available in the eight-block area surrounding the clinic, in intervals of up to two hours. Please purchase a ticket from your nearest meter and display it on your dashboard or passenger-side window.

Payment
We accept all credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Financing is available for qualified applicants. Payments for all in-office treatments are due at the time of service.

Children Policy :: Due to safety reasons, no children under the age of 15 are allowed at Style Aesthetics

Dog Policy :: We love dogs and all have them! Due to safety regulations, no dogs are allowed at Style Aesthetics

Practice-Patient Relationship
We love our patients and treat them as VIPs! We are proud to be a select practice whose business has grown solely through word-of-mouth recommendations from our satisfied clients. However, we must reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason to maintain the continued high quality of care we provide.
