Founded by Dr. Anil Rajani

Style Aesthetics was built by globally recognized educator and aesthetic pioneer, Dr. Anil Rajani, whose innovations, artistry, and teaching shaped the techniques of the world’s top providers. In 2025, STYLE was acquired by nationally recognized industry leaders Lisa Edtl and Angela Agustin who now carry his vision forward with unmatched expertise and passion.

Founded by globally recognized educator and aesthetic pioneer Dr. Anil Rajani, our clinic has long been a hub for innovation, artistry, and world-class outcomes. With over 2 million followers on Instagram, YouTube and others, elite training contracts with Galderma and Allergan, and a body of work that’s shaped the techniques of thousands of providers around the world, Dr. Rajani didn’t just build a practice, he set a global standard.

Today, STYLE is continuing to thrive in Portland’s prestigious Pearl District. In August 2026, we celebrated the grand opening in a 3,400 square foot anchor unit located at the corner of NW 10th & Northrup. The space has a beautiful, newly renovated aesthetics wing with five exam rooms. The partially renovated West wing includes exciting plans for wellness services including HRT, peptides, medical weight-loss and more.

TARA, RN

Aesthetic injector & certified trainer

With 15 years of nursing experience, Tara McDermott brings both expertise and artistry to her role as an injector. Her clinical background spans surgery, perioperative care, PACU, and postpartum before she found her passion for aesthetics in 2010. Now a member of Galderma’s national training team alongside Dr. Rajani, Tara specializes in neurotoxins, fillers, collagen stimulators, and Kybella. Patients love her educational, personalized approach and the confidence she inspires with natural, high-quality results.

Olivia, RN

Advanced Nurse Injector

Olivia is an advanced nurse injector with 10 years of nursing experience in emergency care, infusion therapy, and aesthetics. Half of her career has been dedicated to working under Dr. Rajani, where she honed her expertise in injectables, regenerative skin therapies, and wellness-based care. Patients appreciate her blend of precision and artistry, as well as her philosophy of treating everyone like family.

Jade is a Certified Advanced Esthetician, Phlebotomist, and educator with more than 6 years of experience in skin transformation. She blends clinical expertise with advanced technologies to deliver results-driven, holistic care. As a private trainer for Sciton, Jade is passionate about sharing her knowledge and empowering providers, all while helping clients feel confident and radiant in their skin.

Haley has been the welcoming face of Style Aesthetics since 2020. As Patient Concierge, she ensures every patient feels comfortable, cared for, and supported from the very first interaction. With a detail-oriented approach and a passion for connecting with people, Haley now also brings her creativity to social media and marketing seamlessly blending patient care with storytelling that reflects her love for aesthetics.
