Sculptra® · COLLAGEN STIMULATION · PEARL DISTRICT, PORTLAND

Restore your natural collagen

Style Aesthetics specializes in precision collagen stimulation, and Sculptra® is one of our most powerful tools in delivering non-surgical facial rejuvenation that lasts. Unlike traditional fillers that offer short-term volume, Sculptra® works with your body to gradually stimulate collagen production to restore volume, structure, and skin quality for long-lasting, natural-looking results.

Sculptra® is an FDA-approved injectable treatment composed of poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), a biocompatible substance that stimulates the body’s natural collagen synthesis.

Rather than filling lines directly, Sculptra® rebuilds your skin’s support structure over time, reducing facial volume loss, softening wrinkles, and creating natural lift and firmness.

WHY STYLE

Our providers are selected by Galderma, the maker of Sculptra, as national trainers in the Galderma Aesthetic Injector Network. When licensed injectors from other practices want to learn Sculptra technique, they come to Style Aesthetics.

Sculptra is a product where the best outcomes track with the plan behind it: how the product is reconstituted, what plane it's placed in, how much goes where, and how the series is paced across your face over time. That judgment is what we teach and it’s what you’re getting when you book with us.

The injectors other injectors learn from.

Reconstitution and dilution

Volume, hydration time, and dilution ratio change how the product spreads and settles. It's the first thing taught and the most common source of an uneven result.

Facial mapping and plane

Temples, lateral cheek, jawline, and the pre-jowl hollow each behave differently. Placement is planned against your anatomy, not a generic template.

Series planning

How many vials, how they’re divided across sessions, and how far apart dosed to what your face has actually lost.

WHAT IT IS

A collagen stimulator, not a filler.

Sculptra is injectable poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) — microparticles that your body gradually absorbs while the skin responds by producing its own collagen. It's FDA-approved for correction of shallow to deep nasolabial fold contour deficiencies, fine lines and wrinkles in the cheek region, and other facial wrinkles.

2-3

Sessions in a typical series, spaced at least three to four weeks apart.

~ 1 mo

When study participants began observing improvement, with the change building from there.

2 yrs

How long results were sustained after the final treatment in clinical study.

THE ARC OF TREATMENT

Build on purpose, over months.

Sculptra is a poor choice for an event next weekend and a strong one for the version of your face you want next year. Here's the real sequence.

  • VISIT ONE

    Consultation and mapping

We assess volume loss, skin quality and history, then decide whether Sculptra is the right tool at all - sometimes it isn’t.

  • SESSION 1

    First treatment

Product is reconstituted, placed to plan, and massaged out. Expect some swelling and tenderness the same day.

  • +3-4 WEEKS

    Session 2

We reassess in person before adding anything. Dosing for the second session is based on how you responded to the first.

  • MONTHS 2-6

    Collagen builds

The visible change accrues quietly during this window rather than arriving on treatment day.

  • THEN

    Maintenance

Results were sustained up to two years after the final session in study. We plan touch-ups against your own timeline.

OFTEN A GOOD FIT

  • Flattening through mid-face, temples or lateral cheek

  • Skin that reads thin or crepey rather than simply lined

  • You want the change to arrive gradually enough that it isn’t remarked on

  • You’ve had filler and want structure rather than more volume

  • You’re willing to commit to a series across several months

NOT A CANDIDATE

  • You need visible change within the next few weeks

  • History of keloid formation or hypertrophic scarring

  • Allergy to any component of the product

  • Pregnant or breastfeeding, or under 18

  • Active infection or inflammation at the treatment site
